Payment Methods
We invoice all orders based on the agreed terms, primarily via e-invoice. In certain cases, advance payment may be required at the time of ordering. In such instances, payment is made through the Paytrail online payment service.
Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a license to operate as a payment institution.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs
We offer various delivery options depending on the product. The available shipping methods are displayed on the order summary page before finalizing your purchase.
We reserve the right to change the delivery method if the total weight or volume of the order prevents the selected option from being used.
Our logistics partner is Matkahuolto.
Pickup orders must be collected promptly after receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. If the order is not collected within a reasonable time, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to modify our delivery terms and pricing.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please always contact KL Sport Oy's customer service in advance. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused, resalable products in their original packaging. Only the price of the returned product will be refunded. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as in the original order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that special printed, embroidered, customized products, and on-demand products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
